Welcome
Wellness & Medical Nutritional Therapy
About
My mission is simple: give my adult clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel healthy, and be confident in managing dietary choices.
I am a Clinical Nutritionist with 12 years of experience dedicated to helping people heal their bodies with nutrition. I prioritize building personal connections with my clients to identify key influences of their nutritional habits such as daily routines, cultural background, and home environment. By providing realistic and applicable wellness tools, my clients can be confident in managing their own dietary choices while learning to prevent and manage common ailments through nutrition and weight management.
Working as a dietitian goes beyond your daily consumption. It’s really about getting to know each of my clients on a deeper level, connecting with their experiences and understanding how we can create a sustainable and personalized plan that contributes to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
Background
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Massachusetts with a focus in Chemistry. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University (NYU) and completed a dietetic internship through NYU. I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2008.
Currently I am an Outpatient Oncology Dietitian at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center. In this role, I have developed, implemented, and managed nutritional services for the Cancer Center, including the creation of a successful Weight Management program. I continue to be involved in clinical nutrition therapies, including parenteral and enteral nutrition.
Prior to my role at Princeton Medical Center, I was an inpatient dietitian at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and Stamford Hospital in Connecticut where I practiced nutritional support in the Intensive Care Units, Head and Neck Oncology, general Oncology and Neuroscience.
Given my strong clinical background, I emphasize evidence based nutritional recommendations to help individuals and families improve their nutritional lives. My aim is to ensure my clientele always receive the latest nutrition, health, food, and diet related information available.
